There are a handful of tech companies (in Canada and Europe) already adopting OPO which will create some case studies. I am hoping to continue to pare down the language into more business steps. This seemed to require an overview first, so people understand what the point is, what direction it could take. These “big picture” frameworks will be written here on Medium. I am developing a learning community where some of the small “Playbook” type posts will live. When I first started working with the OPO I took Osterwalder’s “cannonical” books Business Model Generation and Value Proposition Design and customized all the steps in the OPO format.
