The technology here merely supports critical reflection. It doesn’t instruct people what is happening, it just visualizes that something is changing. What that means, depends upon people’s own reflections. It is a way to jump start the deeper skills, not a way to bypass them.

Eventually, however, these patterns and sensing skills may become so conscious they no longer fit under the category of “deeper subtle skills” but start to function more like “strategic insight”…

Surely, tho, there will be even deeper skills to hone.
