The pressures on centralized organizations have to be rather high before they take a “real” step into change. So the “wanting” here is really about those pressures … which come from agile companies gaining momentum in their markets, and the demand of top talent to work in agile companies. It also comes into their unconsciousness, because top leaderships knows it doesn’t know anymore.
