Thanks for this explanation, Andrea, which I can relate to. But the holocracy constitution is many many many pages long … and in addition, as I understand it, everyone has to perform in multiple specified and defined roles that are also fixed in a kind of contractual form. Doesn’t seem to be like nature at all.
