Maria, great question. I am not sure what you are meaning by “core drivers”, because for me, all core drivers are core values. So I don’t really understand what a “stable” driver might be in a living being. But even if I assume there is a category of values that are stable and not fluctuating, when people are together they are communicating such “core stable drivers” from perspectives that are value-dependent and diverse, and therefore their communicative interaction depends upon the same types of continuous negotiation that I write about. So its this a result of our human condition, that we are singular-plural beings, that we distribute our needs — even our basic survival needs — by participation with other singular-plural beings.
